    Mission Statement: Our mission is to help create and retain employment opportunities for the citizens of Wright County.

    The Wright County Industrial Development Authority is a not-for-profit corporation, dedicated to county-wide economic development.

    Our office is located on the second floor of the US Bank building at 200 E. Rolla Street in Hartville, Missouri. The Wright County Industrial Development Authority can be reached at 1-866-740-0084.


    Board of Directors

    All Directors shall be appointed by the Wright County Commission. At the time of appointment of the first directors, the county commission shall divide the directors into groups of three (2yr, 4yr, 6yr terms). Thereafter appointments shall be for three years and each year three new directors shall be appointed. Below is a list of the current Board of Directors:

    Staff

    The IDA office is located on the second floor of the US Bank in Hartville at 200 E. Rolla Street. Office hours are 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. We can be reached at 417-741-1084.

    Revolving Loan Fund

    The Wright County Industrial Development Authority has the ability to provide direct, low rate, subordinated loans for “job creation” projects with Wright County, Missouri through its Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The Revolving Loan Fund’s goal will be to create permanent full-time employment opportunities, diversify the economy, raise per capita income, redevelop blighted or underutilized properties, and advance workforce training and educational opportunities within Wright County.

    RLF Highlights:
  • Financing available for fixed assets, site preparation, equipment, working
        capital, training expenses
  • Funding up to $100,000
  • $10,000 per job requirement
  • Terms up to 20 years
  • Interest Rates fixed to prime
  • Subordinated lien positioning
  • Semi-annual report on job requirement
